I manage social media and reputation management for my clients individually, and Sagelyn makes that easy to do. What I like most is how simple it is to show each client exactly what is going to be posted for them before it goes live. That visibility builds trust and keeps approvals moving. The platform is easy to use, it connects with all of my social media accounts, and it integrates with my CRM, so it fits into the way I already run my business. The AI is also very flexible, which lets me adapt content to each client’s voice and needs instead of getting one-size-fits-all output.

Sagelyn is a newer platform, so it does not have every feature yet. The team is adding new ones so quickly that it is hard to believe, and the gaps are closing fast. I would rather work with a company that is moving this quickly and listening to its users than one that has a long feature list and never changes.
