What do you like best about Workhub?

I like Workhub because it's easy to run reports to see who is expiring on what training and to ensure inspections are completed in a timely manner. I appreciate its ease of use, and it's incredibly easy to navigate and user-friendly. I rarely have any technical issues with Workhub, and overall, I like it as a whole. The ability to create unique and taylor made training modules, can be cumbersome, size/file restrictions, but I have had Work Hub Support help. What do you like best about Workhub?

Something I like about this system is that it allows me to have quick access to the necessary documentation to be able to issue management reports, to be able to track the training of my work team, this system is very complete since I look to fill the emptiness that may arise in my business, this program is amazing because it allows me to make a secure synchronization to each staff member to evaluate the performance of each.

What do you dislike about Workhub?

What problems is Workhub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to this system, it is possible to track employee records and their respective training efficiently, it is possible to carry and allows us to distribute each record better by the department in my business in order to notify each area manager of the needs that it has. in training each member of his staff.

What do you like best about Workhub?

They send out a bi-weekly report on all the employees that shows certificates coming due soon and I'm able to stay on top of the training and getting employees to keep up to date with their training and certifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhub?

I can pull a report for Client certifications coming due but I can't pull one for the online courses. I have to wait the two weeks for the bi-weekly report or I have to go into each employees file one by one and look to see if their online courses like WHMIS or TDG is getting near. Recommendations to others considering Workhub:

It is an easy way to keep all your documentation from permits to Transportation manuals and also links to Government legislation regarding the trucking industry or any other Government regulated industry. Keeps your employees informed and up to date with training. Keeps a record of all the safety training completed so if someone loses their tickets you can print more. What problems is Workhub solving and how is that benefiting you?

We keep all driver forms on SafetySync so every driver has access to them. Off highway Permits, Fuel Permits, Insurance, etc. any form a driver might need to show his unit is fully documented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
