**What do you like best about RXNT?**

Mobile app is very efficient. Much easier to use for electronic prescribing than the website.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

Website interface is very bizarre menuing structures and inconsistent pathways you just have to memorize ways to do things and just try not to deviate from what you've learned. We had to call support the first time we had to edit a misspelled patient name. That's just sad.

**Recommendations to others considering RXNT:**

It is a cost effective solution in the field of expensive tools. Support is available and helpful, yet would be much preferred if the software followed consistent user interface guidelines and more intuitive use.

**What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NYS mandated electronic prescribing and we were recommended this tool via a client and we've been very satisfied ever since. Has been several years and a reliable tool at our disposal.

Professionalism and assistance provided by the RxNT team. They have been a pleasure to work with, always responsive, to our needs. The software itself operates through the web.Once you get used to it navigating.

The software experiences sluggishness, which cause delays in accessing information. This is frustrating and impact healthcare providers.

RXNT EHR solves the problems associated with electronic health record systems.The interface is designed to be user friendly making it easy for our staff to navigate and record patient information.

**What do you like best about RXNT?**

I don't really like it much - I use it at one of the hospitals I work at, and I'm assuming it's super cheap for them.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

It's a realllllllyyy poor interface. Like most of medical software, clearly no one at this company has heard of UX design. As a programmer myself, I can tell that they have put server calls in stupid places that slows down an already slow app even further. If you click the wrong (tiny) button even once, you'll be waiting a while... This could be easily solved by pre-caching  (the app looks and feels like a PWA, so I'm assuming that's what it is). The service worker could be pre-fetching data to improve responsiveness, but ... it doesn't.

They are always ready to assist and respond promptly. The platforms advertisements dont disrupt my workflow.

There is sluggishness due to issues with integrating data leading to frustration while using the platform.

RXNT EHR solves the problem of complex software head-on. This advantage has improved our health record process.

**What do you like best about RXNT?**

The layout is OK at best but it will take the team ages to make changes for you.  That really is all the good news.  Otherwise, the system is awful, and I spend more time trying to make the software work than working the software.  I've started dozens of "fix it tickets" only to have the same problem creep up again and again.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

It is incredibly glitchy and slow to adapt when changes are needed.  Information gets lost or doubled and re-doubled.  There is never live help when you need it.  This is the worst EHR I've used and have worked on many over the last 30 years in the business.  Additionally, advertizements constantly take up screenspace and distract you while working on a patient chart.

**Recommendations to others considering RXNT:**

Don't use this software even if they pay your company to use it!

**What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Few benefits other than it is a customizable chart.  The system is very slow and runs into "out of memory errors" and shuts down all the time without warning.  I have had the same issues fixed over and over again, only to have them come back in a week or so.

Entering billing, insurance & patient data is simple.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

The availability to easily review patient payment history and the reports are not set up as user friendly as other software I have used in the past. Customer service. 
I have had 2 different times I have put in tickets for glitches that my RXNT representative could not figure out why they were happening and when a ticket is put in it has taken over a month or more to get them resolved, and I am not followed up with in between to let me know it is still being worked on. I have to reach out weekly to get a status.

No problems solved. Benefits is simple billing process.

**What do you like best about RXNT?**

The system has had an upgrade. It is so much easier to read and so much better to navigate through. I can read everything so much better now and the way the system operates gives you the control needed to correct any mistakes that come about. I love the graphics because you automatically know how to navigate to where ever it is you want to go. The billing has just gotten easier. There are so many new features that need to be explored and the system lets you maneuver so much easier. I love this system. There has not been any time that customer service has not responded to my inquires. The self help portal was an amazing tool. I have never had to worry about contacting the help desk because they are there to answer all of your questions and concerns but I feel the ease of using the self portal to answer any question about the system with a full explination of how to work and navigate through.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

Since the upgrade, I have not had any of the issues that I have had previously. As with all computers, the system will freeze up, but it has not happen since the upgrade. I used to have problems pulling up the claims but so far, the system has run smoothly. We did at one point and time have issues sending out prescriptions, but since contacting the RXNT team, that problem is the thing of the past.

**What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upon doing billing through RXNT, you have to set your practice up. That was easy as 1, 2, 3.  Once you set your prefences for the system and allow the RXNT staff to set up the super bills, the coding, and insurance companies, then the rest is easy. I have had minimal issues and have only contacted customer service 2 times since we've had this system over a 1 1/2 years now. They are very good with communication. Although we have yet to enable the EHR, I'm looking foward to making that part run.

I am an academic physician with experience in numerous EHR apps including Epic and several others. No other software is as flexible and user friendly. This is critical for saving time and being efficient in a busy practice. The support is the best and worth the $, someone always there to help, even a  sophisticated user. Good value as well.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

very occasional slight delay in loading the site and automated sign out for privacy and security mean logging in more than I would wish..

no need to look around too much, give this a trial

We use RxNT for E-Prescribing at Boston University, we rolled out 3 weeks ago and it has made the whole process of prescribing easier for both patient and providers.
It is easy to use, intuitive and integrates seamlessly with our EHR #SALUD.
The project team was always on hand to assist in any way needed.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

I cannot fault RxNT software or the RxNT team in any way. RxNT are a very professional organization to work with and could not have been more helpful with the project.
We have a unique model od providers and they worked with us to accommodate these unique requirements.

**Recommendations to others considering RXNT:**

If you are in the market for a product to enable you to E-prescribe ensure you have RxNT on your list.

**What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the state of MA we have to be prescribing electronically by 1/1/2021. We reviewed a number of other solutions but RxNT came out on top from an ease of use basis but also as a company we are proud to be a client of.

**What do you like best about RXNT?**

I am a Telehealth Physician serving patients in all states--what stands out for me is RXNT's reliability across all states with its complete up-to-date inventory of pharmacies and comprehensive formulary.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

I can recommend two improvements:
1)  On the patient demographics input page, arrange the required input fields in sequential, tabbing-facilitated order--now, to input the FN, LN, M/F, DOB, Address, ZIP, Phone number and finally "adding") requires jumping from left, right, down and scrolling.  BTW, a similar workflow enhancement could be done on the new pharmacy page--the pharmacy name and zip are the only data points required to find and select the patient's pharmacy.  Putting these two discrete data fields adjacent to one another would allow input with a single jump (tab).
2)  Create an easy data integration and input utility for new patients.  My telehealth company has an excellent telehealth-specific EHR but we do not have an interface with RXNT.  Hence we must enter all the above demographics, and the pharmacy info, manually for new patients (which constitute the majority of our patients nationally).  Even without an interface, the provider workflow of inputting new patient and their pharmacy info could be made much easier if RXNT had an input utility that accepted .csv or similar comma delimited data files with the required demographics and pharmacy info from external sources via manual "copy and paste."

Reliable ans universal eRx functionality across all States.  Relatively easy to use for new patients, a breeze for established RXNT pts.

I like that RXNT is continually upgrading and improving their software, their support is excellent and the software is easy to use

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

Some of the small annoyances of the software is that any notes in the system continually pop up to address during claims processing, you cannot tell what office you are in while working within the system unless you hover over a small area which just recently changed, the insurance tab is difficult to use at times when adding or removing insurances. But these are minor annoyances. Also, there is slowness in the system when moving screen to screen or saving that I would like to see reduced. The slowness has improved over the recent months but needs to be reduced further.

**Recommendations to others considering RXNT:**

This is an easy-to-use, competitively-priced, billing software. I have used several billing software systems and I highly appreciate RXNT in its functionality and support services that are above their competition. I have four offices in this system and prefer it to any other software I work in.

RXNT support works quickly on issues encountered and resolves them as quickly as possible.

Very user friendly, easy to navigate and find what you are looking for.  Several ways to look up your patients and easy to train others to use. I have the information I need at my fingertips

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

its hard to explain to some users where to find things when their screen looks different because of different roles they have and restrictions.  It is web based and sometimes we have issues with the information loading for a patient.  We also have and EMR that connects to the RXNT and sometimes the real time information is delayed and hard to get it to load.  We sometimes need to close the program completely and then log back in to get the information we need for the providers and or the patients.

Easy to use program

**What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to find prescriptions using client information such as last name only, the providers and myself find it easy to track prescriptions to see who has completed what and when.  I love the time stamp and the provider information is not hard to find when searching

I like the convenience and being able to access my schedule through the app! It makes keeping track of my days and rescheduling as needed!

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

I dislike some of the bugs. I dislike how we get multiple copies of superbills if that patient has been rescheduled multiple times (it prints off every reschedule time...)
I dislike how the notes are not always editable. 
I dislike how the help desk does not provide the most adequate help with issues and get redirected multiple times.

Take advantage of all the training and resources and ask questions! Consider the size of your practice, how many users, and what type of services you offer to make sure you can get the most out of it.

It's a tad more cumbersome adding new patients on the computer.

I have used this service with a different hospice company and I have been extremely satisfied with each use.  I would recommend it to any healthcare organization that needs a concise EHR.

Adding patients is much faster and easier.  I have not had any significant issues with the system.

Having a column marked current when I sign into a patient's (pharmacy) account.

Being told that my call should be "triaged" when I am told to make a selection from options when I call for support.  Not a biggie but you asked for 'disliked.'

eprescribing. Actually the whole practice management package appears to be cheaper than I realized. I am interested in scheduling and sending out bills.

**What do you like best about RXNT?**

Very helpful to have clear ways to see a patient’s pharmacy history as well as refill things with only a few clicks. Good interface that is overall intuitive.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

My organization recently stopped allowing use of the app, which was the main way I was acccessing this software. This was very frustrating. The browser version of RXNT is not easy to use as it is not mobile friendly (patient names all overlap so words are unreadable). 

I usually can not access lifetime Med history, it seems like it only starts recording the person’s meds from when I start prescribing (does not necessarily sync with their past prescriptions if they are a new patient). 

The fob key token thing is often broken, and I have to call the help line to reset it. This has interrupted patient care as I have had to do this in the field (I do homeless outreach).

I no longer have to call pharmacies by phone and risk making a mistake!

**What do you like best about RXNT?**

It is incredibly helpful to be able to enter orders in seconds to have signed off in just a few more seconds.  I also like being able to choose which pharmacy for each script in a list.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

It would be helpful for those of us in the inpatient setting if the same script could be sent to 2 separate pharmacies.  For example. In order to pull a medication from the omnicell a script needs to be sent to the inpatient pharmacy, the same script needs to be rewritten in order to obtain a personal supply for the patient from a local pharmacy.

**What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting the appropriate medication to my patient's as quickly as possible.  Having the ability to have schedule 2 medications signed immediately when the MD is not on site.

That the entire team is on board with your success. From sales through training and implementation everyone is knowledgeable and professional and truly understands their positions in the overall process.

The set up process with having providers to do each step of the enrollment is a bit cumbersome.

Many features are slow or buggy. Some of the interface is cluttered and counterintuitive, and various things break or malfunction unpredictably. This generally creates mild annoyance but does not interfere with my workflow.

Originally limited in scope and options but with a full service.  In the next three years  they have gotten better with more coverage.  Now getting follow up sooner and they can solve the issues within a few hours.

Changes in the forms with no way to keep what was already entered but will retain with the newer software.

Much better now than three years ago.

The program is easy to navigate and simple to use. I’ve only been using it for about 4 months and I feel proficient with it.

I’m sometimes unsure of how to enter certain medication. For example, i don’t know how to Specify amounts needed for topical creams (ie one tube) so I put one unspecified

I can accurately check when a prescription was filled last and how much of that medication was sent. It makes medication reconciliation much easier

It’s affordable, user friendly, with propmpt customer service. It’s good for our small business. The scheduler , EHR, eRX, and eFax have worked well for us. I highly recommend.

Easy scheduling, portal access, electronic forms, template creating, quick phrases so less tedious documentation.

I like the safety and ease of being able to send a prescription electronically instead of with paper.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

I don't like that setting a prescriber must be done prior to finding the patient as this could be different for different clients but it still defaults to whomever was last selected without a way to change it once you're already into the prescription.

E-scripting is helpful to be able to send to any pharmacy that is enabled. It helps with medication errors to be able to offer suggestions and guide the script process.

How easy it is to use, little training is needed. I also love that I can write notes to the pharmacy and customize the sig.

Sometimes it duplicates charts and when the pharmacy sends refills it doesn't allow me to adjust the prescription, instead I have to void it and send it on my own.

I don't like RXNT for some reason, is very difficult for the billing side.

**What do you dislike about RXNT?**

I don't like the ways, that I have to rune the reports, that all the times I have to go back a create the same criteria. I don't like the ways that the electronic remittance are reader into the system. Costumer support are not well prepare.

**What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solve one problem with the Medicare remittance, that after several email I got the correct person a she helped us.
