**What do you like best about RouteMatic?**

The best thing I find about Routematic is that I can track my cab journey through it. There is a proper driver information provided in it and I am able to know which people are my co passengers. I can know the sequence of my drop which is va very helpful part about the overall route. I easily get to book the shuttles at the morning and evening. The booking process is hassle free and not complicated.

**What do you dislike about RouteMatic?**

Sometimes the app works too slow. It crashes when more people from my organisation uses it at the peak time that is at the evening hours. This makes it difficult to use the app. Otherwise the app is fine to work on.

**What problems is RouteMatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Routematic provides a seamless experience in travelling to and fro the workplace. The app allows me to book the shuttles and cabs beforehand. I can also cancel my cab 4.5 hours before the scheduled travel time. This facility is well if we do not wish to travel via cab or have change in plans. The app's interface is easy and the putting the PIN after reaching the journey is excellent to confirm safe drop. The app provide any warnings beforehand if there are any issues/travel advisory for eg during heavy rain times which might affect cab schedules. Hence, the app is beneficial for travel purpose in workplace.
