**What do you like best about RoundOne AI?**

I use RoundOne AI for doing screenings on the roles I hire for. It's easier to screen lots of applicants on time and consistently with it. I've heard a lot of positive feedback on the candidate side, and I personally like that every candidate gets a chance to be heard through a voice screening. The AI adapts in real time during the voice screening, asking insightful questions which makes the quality of screening higher. I use it with my ATS, and the integration was smooth. The initial setup was very simple and the team did it for us during the demo call.

**What do you dislike about RoundOne AI?**

I find the UI a bit confusing at times, but it's not a major issue since there's a copilot I can talk to.

**What problems is RoundOne AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RoundOne AI to screen lots of applicants consistently and give every candidate a chance to be heard, which leads to positive feedback and enhances the screening quality.
