## About RomyLMS
RomyLMS is a new entrant to the LMS market. They have focused on core functionality over trendy features. Doing so has allowed the system to remain intuitive and easy to use. With RomyLMS, you can enter course material, assign it to users, and track those users' progress. The system has robust reporting and elements of gamification. We also designed the system with mobile devices in mind, so it is completely mobile responsive.

**What do you like best about RomyLMS?**

Romy is super easy to navigate from a user perspective.  Different features like video capability as well as ability to take tests/quizzes while reviewing material.  The system tracks your progress so you know what you've accomplished as well as what you have left to do.

**What do you dislike about RomyLMS?**

Some of the navigation can get a bit clunky as you have to go back and forth between modules, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering RomyLMS:**

Consider how much content and how many users will be using the platform. Our team was pretty small at the time that we used it, and we only had one admin uploading and updating content.

**What problems is RomyLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training new hires, continuing education, etc.
