The software is an awesome tool in most companies with ease of use, as it helps them to organize and control all their projects especially the probability of sending invoices to their customers and booking the incoming costs. The platform has a very supportive team support that always addresses the problems the client may face when operating the platform and is quick to respond to all the questions the customer may have hence great customer support. The product is a real deal as it helps most users manage their time and budget and still keep track of their invoices and it also helps them reduce all the paperwork in their offices as software keeps track of everything. There is not much to dislike about the product and I cannot tarnish it by saying that it has served me badly but I find the features of capacity planning cumbersome to work with and also there is no possibility of downloading the detailed budgets that are all comments. Rodeo offers all basic tools that are needed to bring project management to the next level. The functionalities within the tool are very easy to learn without extensive trainings. We are happy with the way projects are organized and administered, especially the possibility to book incoming costs and send invoices to our clients.

Last but not least, registrating hours spent working on projects is super simpel. Users can be added / removed on a daily basis, which makes it attractive to onboard freelance professionals as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not particularly dislike anything about Rodeo Drive, though I do believe that there are a couple of opportunities to till the tool to the next level. Being a creative agency, we miss the following functionalities in the tool:

* Relations: ideally, the functionalities within the relations tool should be more CRM minded. You should be able to make a distinction between type of relations (customers, suppliers, prospects etc).

Adding actions to companies/persons and tracking a logbook would be really helpfull.

* Project status: we miss a status 'cancelled'

* We definitely miss the 'undo' button within the budget interface :-)

* Furthermore, the budget interface does not offer any possiblity to enter internal notes, which are not visible on quotes

* Invoicing: would be nice to automatically deduct down payments in the final invoice. Now, it has to be done manually.

* Users: for freelance professionals, it would be helpful to give them access to the tool on a project basis only, but still with the opportunity to administer the budget.

* Overall, the tool has some small bugs. I have raised these issues several times over the past two years. Unfortunately until now they have not been fixed.

* Reports: We miss the possibility to download detailed budgets incl. all comments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its a tool that holds potential for further improvement. As an agency there needs features wed love to see integrated like simple integration with our accounting system and an easy to use app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since its still in the stages of development we encountered bugs. The capacity planning features are a bit difficult. Once you get the hang of it everything flows hecticly. As most agencies, we are also struggling with finding that one tool that rules all. Rodeo Drive is the best I've found so far, superb UI with lightning speed processing. I have worked in Rodeo tool from Amazon project during Q4 2019 & 2020 and Q2 2021. I like very much. Easy to work with this tool and booking lines looks very clear & crystal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just got introduced to rodeo at my job.This is the best software to use for managing time tracking, and budget and keeoing track of invoices. My boss you this software he introduced me to this one.
