Rival really helps us to have a superior onboarding that helps employees, managers and internal stakeholders feel supported. Using Rival onboarding has eliminated a ton of manual processes and saved us a lot of time. I also love that as an administrator I can make almost all changes I need to the set ups, add or remove tasks in real-time without needing to contact support or pay for a project. **What do you dislike about Rival?** There are so many places you can make changes. It is great, but it can be a lot to remember when you have to make changes. **What problems is Rival solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automation of onboarding. We can have tasks staggered to keep in touch with folks as they onboard without having to remember or set a million reminders. ### 3.
