**What do you like best about Rival?**

What I like best about Rival is its combination of quality, ease of use, and reliable performance. It consistently delivers what it promises, with features that are both practical and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Rival?**

One thing I dislike about Rival is that some of its advanced features may take a bit of time to fully understand, especially for new users. Additionally, depending on the version, the pricing could be slightly higher compared to some alternatives.

**What problems is Rival solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rival helps us track performance, give timely feedback, and prepare future leaders, making talent management smoother and more effective.

**What do you like best about Rival?**

I love being able to customize tasks, who they go to, and the types of forms or notifications I can send to them. Rival really helps us to have a superior onboarding that helps employees, managers and internal stakeholders feel supported. Using Rival onboarding has eliminated a ton of manual processes and saved us a lot of time. I also love that as an administrator I can make almost all changes I need to the set ups, add or remove tasks in real-time without needing to contact support or pay for a project.

**What do you dislike about Rival?**

There are so many places you can make changes. It is great, but it can be a lot to remember when you have to make changes.

**What problems is Rival solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of onboarding.   We can have tasks staggered to keep in touch with folks as they onboard without having to remember or set a million reminders.

**What do you like best about Rival?**

Rival streamlines HR activities such as recruiting, onboarding, learning, and performance management.  Rival integrates seamlessly with numerous disparate HR systems, with a very high use frequency. It's very easy to implement and has quick customer support.

**What do you dislike about Rival?**

The mobile app lacks functionality compared to the desktop version, limiting on-the-go usability. Also, the extensive feature set can be daunting for smaller teams or those with simpler needs. ​

**What problems is Rival solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rival helps me throughout the entire onboarding process, easing my workflow and giving my employees a better start.

**What do you like best about Rival?**

The best thing about Rival is the ease of use which makes very easy to customize the dashboard. Also the implementation is easy making us taken very less time to implement it.

**What do you dislike about Rival?**

The analytical tools lags some times making it little difficult.

**What problems is Rival solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rival has solved the problem of having the proper insights about the performance. Its tools has helped us to gather the information. Also the offboarding tool has made the exit smooth for employees.

I love the expanded Analytics section of their recent updates to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Rival?**

The only dislike I have for Rival is the interconnectivity with our current systems. This is more of an issue with the combination of systems we use rather than Rival's product.

**What problems is Rival solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The features for analytics allow us to do more internal reporting rather than spending money on other softwares to complete such reports.

the Analytics Summary feature is top-notch. It provides incredible insights in a single pane, allowing you to view all relevant information and make a relevant decision.

the UX feels at times to be bit cluttered.

primarily with onboarding and offboarding. it provides a singular view for all the purposes.

Rival's extensive range of features, while incredibly powerful, can be overwhelming for smaller businesses or teams with simpler needs, it may require significant initial investment and efforts.

Rival automates job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume parsing,this reduces manual effort, speeds up the hiring process, and improves the quality of hires by streamlining candidate management and communication.it provides automated onboarding workflows, employee portals, and task management.
