What do you like best about Risen Media?

Their customer service. They literally went over and above to help me out. I had a last second emergency and our current provider left us high and dry with no reasonable recourse. I found Risen Media, called to schedule a tour, and had one the same day. This was a Friday ... and by Sunday I was all set for the slides during worship at church. Michael and Arvi are amazing! What problems is Risen Media solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had no presentation software after an iOS upgrade that went awry. Our former provider of the software told us we either had to downgrade our iOS to what is was before (wasn't an option as I had to upgrade for myriad reasons, including needing new drivers in our CD duplicator unit), or that we had to buy a new computer. Neither option presented was reasonable to us. So on a Friday morning, I began the search for a replacement provider of presentation software. I researched over 10 other providers and for various reasons crossed the off my list. Risen Media offered a "Schedule A Walk Through" button and I clicked it. Got a walk through scheduled that day. Honestly I was so impressed with reaching a real person that I was pretty much sold already even before the 'demo' of the software. Risen Media is easy to learn, easy to navigate ... if you know PowerPoint, you can do this! I have been over the moon excited about Risen Media and will tell everyone I know about them! What do you like best about Risen Media?

I love that this product is cloud-based and it enables me to work collaboratively with my team. I have been able to eliminate a computer station and replace it with a Fire Stick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Risen Media?
