**What do you like best about RingsTrue?**

RingsTrue helps keep the data in Salesforce clean by formatting and validating customer phone numbers. For me, it's a huge benefit to have the app actively checking the phone numbers so I can screen out fake/incorrect numbers. 

**What do you dislike about RingsTrue?**

No complaints about the current app, we'd just like the validation to eventually expand out to email, address, and other data points so that we have a one stop shop.

**Recommendations to others considering RingsTrue:**

If you're using the phone data in Salesforce for outbound or inbound calling it makes sense to check the quality of the numbers - use RingsTrue!

**What problems is RingsTrue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to increase our first time connection rate with customers. RingsTrue allows us to prioritize dialling based on valid/checked numbers. We get more calls done in a day now, simple as that.
