What do you like best about Right Inbox?

I really like the reminder function in Right Inbox. It allows me to quickly and easily set reminders on emails, which is customizable through a simple drop-down menu. This feature makes email management very efficient and is invaluable when ensuring that I don't forget to follow up with customers who might not have responded initially, thereby preventing potential deals or opportunities from slipping through the cracks. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Right Inbox incredibly easy; it took only seconds to get going. What do you dislike about Right Inbox?

I've had a few small issues with the 'send later' function in Right Inbox. The emails sometimes do not get triggered to be sent later as scheduled. Instead, they just remain stuck in the drafts, which is frustrating. This hasn't been a big deal, as Gmail's native 'send later' function can be used instead. What do you like best about Right Inbox?

Right Inbox has been a total game-changer for my email workflow. I love how easy it is to track messages—knowing exactly when an email was delivered, opened, and read gives me complete peace of mind. The delivery and open tracking features help me stay on top of important communications, and the interface is super intuitive. Absolutely love Right Inbox—it’s reliable, efficient, and makes managing emails so much easier. Highly recommend!

One small improvement would be better reporting options, especially the ability to export or print email tracking data for later reference. I've been using RightInbox for a while now, and it's honestly been a total game-changer for my Gmail workflow!! The email scheduling, reminders, and templates have saved me so much time.

What I also really appreciate is how responsive and helpful the team has been. I've reached out multiple times with questions and technical issues (probably bugged them more than I should! Lol), and they were always quick to reply, super kind, and patient. It’s rare to find that kind of communication these days, and it honestly made a huge difference in my experience. What do you like best about Right Inbox?

Right Inbox offers tools that Gmail should have included as standard years ago. It's easy to use, allows me to schedule handy reminders for emails which is great to makwe sure you follow up on important things, shcedulilng sending and add notes to remind you WHY you wanted to follow up. But especially good when you order things online to remind you to followup if it hasn't arrived yet.

What do you like best about Right Inbox?

This Gmail add-on does exactly what it says and works very well. Been using it for the past 3months for cold email outreach in particular 3 of the features: email reminders, recurring emails and email templates. All the features have saved me so much time, in particular recurring emails. I used to send the same weekly or monthly emails to my team. With recurring emails it does it automatically for me at the same time every week/month. Highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
