**What do you like best about Rewardian?**

Rewardian stands out as a highly flexible and customizable employee recognition platform designed to build a culture of appreciation

**What do you dislike about Rewardian?**

Integration Challenges (if not properly configured): While Rewardian integrates with many tools, proper integration with existing HR systems and internal intranets is crucial to avoid a cluttered and confusing experience for users.

**What problems is Rewardian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual administrative burden: It replaces time-consuming, manual tracking of service anniversaries and birthdays with automated recognition.

Low employee adoption: Many recognition programs fail because they’re difficult to use. Rewardian addresses this with a user-friendly mobile app and integrations with tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Beekeeper.

Lack of personalization: Instead of generic gifts, it tackles the “one size fits all” problem with a catalog of over 50,000 rewards, using machine learning to suggest items employees actually want.
