His engagement in answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping set up our account has been exceptional, ensuring that we leverage the platform in the best possible way. For a company with a lot of locations and multiple records, such as having Google and Yelp accounts for each location, the cost of using reviewflowz can become quite expensive. This is due to being charged for each review profile separately. For instance, with 18 locations and tracking both Google and Yelp for each, it results in 36 review profiles.
