It's also simple to use and possible to create some effective imagery using their in-built image creation tool. **What do you dislike about Retortal?** I have experienced a few technical issues with the platform, though this may have been more to do with platforms like Facebook adjusting their security and terms of use. However, the support team have always been prompt and efficient. **What problems is Retortal solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an all-in-one Social Media Marketing Platform, with scheduling, analytics, image creation tool and also news search functionality in one place. This is helpful for me and also my customers. It was also possible to white-label the tool when I set up in 2014, which has been helpful when it comes to making my business appear as professional as possible. ### 2. Compared fairly to other similar options in the market. **What do you dislike about Retortal?** Pricing was on the high side for smaller startup businesses. Even though this can help save labor hours, it would not help reduce the need for extra employees and they still have to be hired. **Recommendations to others considering Retortal:** Considering using this tool to supplement your marketing and branding efforts especially if you are a startup and do not have formal marketing departments to manage your social accounts. **What problems is Retortal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solved the issue of not having a formal marketing department, when you have one person who is the department they need tools to manage different platforms efficiently. That helped solve that issue. ### 3.
