The platform helps keep important information organized and accessible. I also appreciate its ability to integrate credentialing workflows into daily operations, reducing the need for manual tracking and improving overall efficiency. **What do you dislike about Residex?** The user interface could feel more modern and intuitive, since navigating certain areas often requires extra clicks. Overall performance is reliable, but a few workflows could be streamlined to make the experience smoother. More integrations and automation options would also help cut down on administrative tasks. It’s also disappointing that there isn’t a mobile app for users, and that the app doesn’t include a built-in direct messaging feature. **What problems is Residex solving and how is that benefiting you?** ResiDex helps address the challenge of managing large volumes of credentialing, compliance, and clinician data within a single system. It improves organization, supports audit readiness, and cuts down on manual work. From a pricing and ROI standpoint, keeping records centralized saves time and boosts overall operational efficiency. The platform also offers useful support resources and onboarding tools that make it easier for users to get started and stay on track. That said, the AI functionality seems fairly limited right now; adding more intelligent automation could further strengthen compliance tracking and streamline document management. ### 2. Assessments and incident reports cue me by asking relevant questions, and those answers are used to automatically create dozen of required reports and policies, each also customizable in collaboration with our RTasks rep. I'm a 411 level user, which means I've met with ResiDex staff to get more in-depth training and now can make RTasks work for our organization on a highly-individualized level with just a few clicks. If I do have a question or a suggestion, I always get quick follow ups from our rep, either implementing changes or directing me to another solution. If I am tackling a particular project, I'm always able to make an appointment to have all my questions answered at once. They keep track of the MN requirements for Assisted Living Facilities, so I trust that we will always be up to date addressing the latest survey trends. Their Audits function makes creating infection control policies and Emergency Preparedness so straightforward. I am really looking forward to integrating our orientation and nursing delegation process into RTasks with the LMS expansion coming up. Tracking potential residents through the Prospects profile helps keep all my data in one place, accessible to those who need it, and carries over into their resident profile with a few clicks. We use the eFax service so visit notes and new order are received by RTasks where I can process them immediately, and not have to wait to find them laying in a tray on our fax machine. They even have a drag/drop site (RTasks Send) to share with families who want to securely send us important documents. With RTasks, I'm able to manage my staff training, disciplinary history, supervisions, certifications, and track their compliance with reading care plans and charting. I am on-call at other facilities and can easily look through charts to know what are the latest updates on a resident. If RTasks could manage my own household too, I'd probably sign up for it at home! **What do you dislike about Residex?** I came from using Epic, so there are times I wish I could access info from multiple areas, rather than having to pull up a different area of the chart. **What problems is Residex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily managing multiple outside-agency staff, tracking TB compliance, having one place for prospective resident info, leaving paper charting behind, communicating with staff about resident changes or facility concerns easily, saving time by updating relevant changes and pushing out care plans for acknowledgment automatically ### 3. They continually add to this platform to help our assisted living facility continue to provide the best service possible for our residents. **What do you dislike about Residex?** We have not found anything that we have not liked on this platform at this time. When we have run into issues, we have been able to call ResiDex and they have responded and created updates to our system to allow us to do what we need the system to do. They are very user-friendly in this capacity. **What problems is Residex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Charting for our residents was made infinitely more manageable than using paper copies. Communication among our nurses and staff was streamlined, and we can tell when our team has read the messages sent and that they are informed of any new updates for resident cares. ### 4. Easy to pull reports on whatever you may need. And the customer service is outstanding when we have surveys. **What do you dislike about Residex?** The only thing I can think of is that Scheduled Activities can't be set forever. We have a base week, but every month I have to go in and reset them to the same. **What problems is Residex solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I have regarding the activities scheduled not being able to set them to just repeat forever. We utilize it just for charting sake. They look at the printed activity calendars for the daily activity. Majority is routine for our memory care residents, just the main activity changes. That is my only problem with Rtasks. ### 5. ResiDex also offers a very accommodating support staff that can always answer any questions that do come up. ResiDex also has many great features that incorporate so much more than just the client and staff records. **What do you dislike about Residex?** It can be a little harder to fax multiple documents at one time. We have to print and scan them so they are one document to fax. It isn't the worst, but it isn't as efficient as I would like. **What problems is Residex solving and how is that benefiting you?** ResiDex offers reminders to complete necessary tasks such as assessments and staff training. I also like that I can scan documents in both patient and staff charts so it is easily accessible. ### 6. They are not EPIC--and that's a good thing. They have the time and dedication to listen to their customers because they are available. **What do you dislike about Residex?** If there is something that doesn't work for us we are able to talk to the company about changing it. They are always available and will listen to the requests that we make. **Recommendations to others considering Residex:** Make the jump- it will be worth it! **What problems is Residex solving and how is that benefiting you?** ResiDex is our only form of charting and communicating with our staff.
