Repair Karte Reviews & Product Details

Repair Karte is cloud-based repair management software for repair shops: musical instruments, watches, shoes and bags, bicycles, phones, cameras, appliances and clothing alterations. Each item becomes one repair ticket with the customer, item, estimate, due date and status on a single screen. When a repair is estimated or done, the customer is emailed automatically and can approve the estimate from their phone with one tap. It also keeps repair history per customer, prints tags, estimates, invoices and receipts, takes mail-in repairs and card payments (Stripe), and imports Excel or CSV ledgers. Browser-based, nothing to install. Free plan up to 100 repairs a month.
