**What do you like best about Remote OK?**

Helps broaden my outreach to candidates and potential hires

**What do you dislike about Remote OK?**

Doesn't have much of a differentiating factor compared to the typical job board/listing. Also less candidates know about it so the pool is smaller

**What problems is Remote OK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps consolidate the candidate pool into those that are very specific, less resumes to go to is less time consuming for me
