We're an NDIS-registered provider and we get paid by hundreds of different plan managers, every one of them with their own remittance format. I was doing the matching by hand myself before handing it to our bookkeeper, and it was the worst job in the month.

We connected RemitClear to QuickBooks in July. Since then it's handled just over 1,500 remittances for us, more than a million dollars of payments, across 526 different payers. We didn't build a template or a rule for a single one of them. They arrive in the inbox, get read, matched against our open invoices and posted, and almost none of it needs a person. You still have to confirm the bank line in QuickBooks yourself. That's QuickBooks reserving that step rather than anything RemitClear is doing, but it's the one part of the workflow that isn't automatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest benefit has been removing the manual work involved in reconciling remittances against Xero invoices. As an in-home care services business, we process a high volume of invoices, and matching payments used to take a significant amount of administration time.

RemitClear automatically matches remittance information to the relevant Xero invoices and posts the results through, which has made the process far quicker and more reliable. It has already handled nearly 2,000 invoices for us in two months, with very little input required from our team. There is not much to dislike so far. As with any new system, there is a short setup and learning period to understand the workflow and how exceptions are handled, but once it is in place the process has been very straightforward. I really like how RemitClear has streamlined our reconciliation process, turning what used to take hours into just 5-10 minutes, even with high volumes. The automation feature has been amazing in reducing manual handling and improving accuracy, which has given us greater confidence in our financial reconciliation. I use RemitClear to process remittance advices from our customers efficiently. It automates the process, increasing the speed and accuracy at which remittances are recorded, and ensures that source documents are fed through to our accounting ledger. I really like its ease of use. I appreciate that the developer is responsive, providing a quick turnaround on feedback and bug fixes.
