
What I appreciate most is the way they approach problems with clear, effective solutions. The conversations with the owner are always followed up properly, and the scope of work they deliver is accurate and well-executed. One challenge has been the availability of managers outside business hours—although the owner is usually quick to respond. There was a period when I was reassigned to a new manager without clear communication, which led to some confusion and delays, especially as that manager was dealing with personal matters. In some cases, certain expectations weren’t met due to miscommunication. However, they handled it professionally and chose not to bill for the parts that didn’t meet expectations, which I found both fair and appreciated.
