They set up a Make automation that appends GCLID to Google Ads leads that come through WhatsApp. This gave us visibility that we simply could not get with Google’s native tracking since it only tracks clicks and not conversations. Now every WhatsApp lead is tied back to campaigns inside our CRM, which makes attribution far more accurate. Their technical expertise and ability to deliver practical solutions really stood out. One challenge has been the availability of managers outside business hours—although the owner is usually quick to respond. There was a period when I was reassigned to a new manager without clear communication, which led to some confusion and delays, especially as that manager was dealing with personal matters. In some cases, certain expectations weren’t met due to miscommunication. However, they handled it professionally and chose not to bill for the parts that didn’t meet expectations, which I found both fair and appreciated. They provide clear project estimations. One thing I learned, though, is not to try and define the entire project scope upfront.
