"Highly Accurate & Flexible Inventory Management"

What do you like best about Reftab?

I appreciate how flexible Reftab is. It's our primary inventory tracking system and a great fit for our business. The check-in and check-out with loan history feature makes my job much easier, especially when tracking down the root cause of missing or damaged equipment. What do you dislike about Reftab?

I believe the Reftab app could be improved by being more comprehensive and having fewer limitations. I'd like to see feature parity so I can do tasks like edit an asset's details, run audits, and manage reservations from my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reftab?

What do you like best about Reftab?

I love the strong visibility Reftab gives me on where our equipment is and its real-time status. The flexibility of the platform as a manager is fantastic, and it offers great value for the money with everything working well together. The asset tracking, status labels, maintenance forms, and real-time inventory reports are invaluable tools for me. What do you dislike about Reftab?

The mobile app needs improvements to be a 10/10 but it is currently a very solid 8. It can sometimes be a little too clicky, and the ability to edit a single field on an asset rather than having to edit the whole unit page would be a good addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Asset and License Management That Streamlines the Process"

What do you like best about Reftab?

It’s easy to create assets, software, and employee records within the platform. Creating kits to send out and assigning licenses to users is straightforward, and it saves us time during employee onboarding and offboarding. "Easy Asset Checkout, but API and Agent Need More Polish"

The API is not the easiest to use. And, the Reftab agent doesn't not feel fully fleshed out

"Great Product"

What do you like best about Reftab?

Customer service is very prompt and helpful! We use Reftab to keep tabs on all of our PCs, peripherals, and other related equipment as well as licenses. We update it constantly and the reports generated from it help keep finance and upper management apprised of exactly how much money we're spending on what with no fluff. What do you dislike about Reftab?

It's a lot to keep up with when you start getting everything loaded into it, but that's just the nature of asset management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reftab solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have hundreds and hundreds of licensed products that we have to keep track of and this helps us stay on top of it all. We also have a datacenter with 30 cabinets full of tools and PCs and, despite having naming conventions, things get moved around sometimes and this helps us keep track of what is where. "Excellent Inventory and License Tracker"

What do you like best about Reftab?

We love that we track all of our inventory and monitor licenses renewal all in one place.

The Dell Integration is a great tool to pull in computer specifications and warranty expiry.

What do you dislike about Reftab?

Only downside in Reftab would be that if a license renewal was coming up, we are only being notified once after setting the days prior to notification.

For example, if we set a license renewal alert once it's 60 days out, we won't be notified again once it's 30/10/5 days out.

What do you like best about Reftab?

Before Reftab it was a bit of a free for all with our tools and equipment inventory. Now we can have searchable records of who has what. And loanees get reminders if they don't return something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd like to be able to have the option to take a picture of the condition of an item when it's checked in and out to keep a history of any damage. This would be perfect for tracking our vehicle use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
