What do you like best about RefNow?

RefNow has made a huge difference to how we manage references in our regulated sector. It’s a really comprehensive system that has noticeably improved the speed and efficiency of collecting references. There’s honestly not much to dislike about RefNow. Sometimes references can take a bit longer if referees are slow to respond, but that’s not really down to the system. It might be nice to have a few more options to tweak how reports look, but that’s a minor thing. Overall, it’s a really solid platform that works well and the team are great at listening to feedback. "Great way to complete reference"

What do you like best about RefNow?

This was my first time completing learner reference via G2 Review and I must say, that I found it very innovative.

I received the text reminder to complete the review first. Without the text, the reference would stay in my Inbox until tomorrow or the day after.

I really liked how transparent and reliable the whole process was, it was obviously designed with users in mind and I found it very easy, compare to classic references sent via email. There are no documents to open and sign, you simply follow the specific questions and submit once completed.

The interface is very easy to navigate, I just followed the steps.
