Their customer service is fantastic, and the system is easy to use with a short learning curve. However, what I love most is the impact it has had on sales. I have been using the system for a month and a week and have had about 25 new and past customers (that have not purchased in over three months) bought summer camps. Also, because of the text going, many of my current customers bought camps. My camp sign-ups were very low when I started with Refferizer, and now they all are almost full. I have also received several reviews since I started using it, which is wonderful and will help me get new customers. **What do you dislike about Referrizer?** I want to be able to sort my contact by zip code. The landing page and tracking number are also very convenient to help with new client acquisition. **What do you dislike about Referrizer?** I wish Referrizer would integrate with MindBody more where someone who claims a deal could get instant access or a promo code to use that deal and purchase right away on MindBody. Too many times my clients are confused about how to claim deals and that makes them not want to participate in the loyalty program. Sometimes my clients are unsubscribed from texts or emails without them knowing it. The other features don't measure up to other competitive offerings to justify the price. They also make it really hard to cancel. You won't be able to cancel until you agree to an "onboarding call" where they try to talk you out of it by offering you a discount. I emailed to cancel in September and despite acknowledging my request they kept charging me for months and then refused my request for a refund because I didn't do the onboarding call. You're better off buying the services separately and avoiding this company. **Recommendations to others considering Referrizer:** You're better off buying the services separately and avoiding this company. Good for loyalty management and online reputation management, but mediocre offerings for CRM, texting, email marketing, marketing automation, and landing pages. **What problems is Referrizer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We signed up in order to create an automated loyalty program for customers. That was helpful, though no longer necessary during the pandemic. We asked to pause payments but they refused. When we tried to cancel they wouldn't do it without a sales call first and refused a refund for the months of charges that came after the fact.
