I absolutely love using Referral Maker CRM on a daily basis. It helps me to stay organized, easily setting up my goals, following up with the clients and doing my email marketing. Referral Maker helps me manage my business for the past 4 years. From marketing to meeting reminders, there is a calendar, tracking of client business experiences (family members, birthdays, wedding dates, etc.), to group and individual emails. I am also able to network with other agents around the country, send referrals to them, and vice versa. It reminds me of who I need to contact according to client ratings that I input into the system and manages the number of weekly to monthly contacts and types of contacts I need to make to reach my business goals. The mapping feature in the app allows me to know which of my clients are nearby so I can stop in and say, 'Hello!" This is a great tool for desktop, laptop, and mobile phones. Buffini and Company have gotten this right. I have used several CRM's and they all have major faults. this one is very user-friendly. It practically plug in, play, and go. They have great online staff support. They are not pushy to get you to BUY other products. they have great content and whenever there was an issue there was someone on the other line ready to help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit pricey for a new salesperson to afford. While the content makes up for it some that are just starting out can not afford this. Also, There should be a better spot for analytics. I want to know more about who I am dealing with. The ease of use on this website is outstanding. The website is so organized and easy to learn. They have so many tools to help with my daily activities. They always have very interesting items of value to send our clients. It schedules different forms of communication to our clients.
