Product Description

Referral Factory is an incredibly easy to use referral marketing solution, geared at helping you get more referred customers. You can 'build your own referral program in under 5 minutes'. With access to over 1000 pre-built referral program templates you can either copy a referral program template, OR build your own referral program from scratch. You don't need to install any tracking scripts on your website - which means that you can launch a referral program without the help of developers. Our referral software comes with a built in 'page builder' so you can build your own pages to capture referrals, and these can look and feel 100% on brand. Once you've built your referral program you'll need to onboard referrers - which you can either do by uploading a database, or by marketing your referral program to your customers. It has a great integration with HubSpot that really made my life easier!

With the HubSpot integration, I could easily link my referral program with my HubSpot account. This allowed me to manage my customer referral data alongside my other sales and marketing data, all in one place! No more switching between platforms or wasting time on manual data entry. "Great platform to boost your deals"

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I didn't know how to create a referral campaign from scratch and, as a business owner, I don't have enough time to learn complex tools. Then I downloaded the Referral Factory free trial and frankly I was surprised. I had the tool setup, connected to my CRM and my first campaign created and sent in less than half an hour. Referral Factory has everything I need to create and manage my referral campaigns.

The software performance is great, it's been a brilliant investment. You can invite referrers and let them select from a range of rewards. You can always track your program's results through your dashboard. You can easily see what is working and what is not working so well and adjust your campaign accordingly.

I love the variety of rewards and incentives that are available, I am sure that this improves our campaign results.

Referral Factory is perfect for small companies that need to grow quickly, can't invest a lot of money on a campaign and can't spend much time learning or customizing complex software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I had an opportunity to leverage the power of Referral Factory and integrate it with our Salesforce CRM. The app was easy to navigate, with clear instructions and great support from Customer Service. The process of creating a referral template and sending them to our Saleforce contact was very straightforward. We were happy to see that it could generate the QR code, which was one of the requests from our loyal customers. The app also has a variety of great features. I like it because it is really simple to use and there are so many options to choose from. I like it because I didn' t need to build everything from scratch, I just chose a template and customized it , you can chooe different colors ,uulpad your logo,images etc. There are different templates for different industries and you do not have to waste your whole day to build it, it's done in minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I have used Referal Factory to provide referrals on top of my Hubspot marketing campaigns. The tool is very intuitive and simple to use. It offers a lot of ready-made templates that can be customised to your branding. You can use them with little customisation or use industry-specific templates as inspiration.

What do you dislike about Referral Factory?

We like to segment our customers and send them different communication. This tool does not allow doing it. Apparently, it is on roadmap.
