Our company is designed around the customer experience, and Referral-Factory has allowed us to empower our community to share their experience with others through unique referral links. It gives us a reliable way to track referrals to ensure the people being referred receive extraordinary service, and it allows us to reward the person making the referral in a way that would have otherwise been much more difficult and far less reliable to track.

One challenge is that some of the important features are restricted on the lower tier plan Which can make the initial implementation more difficult. Since an important aspect of the pricing is already based on the number of active users (affilaites and referrals) It's a bit unclear why certain features this successful setup and long term program growth are limited. I'm anxious to expand access to the web hooks to improve the communication and automation aspect of the solution because right now I'm to what is available through Zapier.
