What do you like best about Referral Factory?

Setting up a referral program was really easy. The templates were intuitive, the user interface felt polished and straightforward, even for someone like me who’s not super technical. As a startup, scaling efficiently is key, and this tool gave us a fast way to build a referral system without needing a developer. The customization options were nice for tailoring it to our brand. "The best referral tool I’ve used!"

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I like Referral Factory because it's easy to navigate, the layout is so bright & user friendly which allows you to get in there and start building your campaigns instantly.

In addition to this, I like the array of features that it has including the incorporation of AI which of course makes it much easier to come up with ideas for design and the text.

Furthermore, as it has all these nifty features I find it's a tool that'll very quickly become something for everyday use. So keeping an eye on your referrals, seeing the open rate and how many sign-ups you've received etc.

Overall, I think this is an amazing tool and highly recommend it to Social media marketers anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great newcomer in the referral program software space"

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

Having used Referral Factory for a few campaigns now, I am pleasantly surprised by this new tool that is throwing a spanner in the works for the big referral and affiliate players in the space.

What I like about Referral Factory the most is the ease that you can create things. I mostly preferred to start from scratch but that’s just the type of user I am. There are also templates that can be used too. I tried out the templates and really respect them as an ideal starting point for most users.

I’ve used several affiliate and referral marketing platforms and none have the simplicity and intuitiveness of Referral Factory. There are some more advanced features, such as using bespoke connections via the RF api, however I am not technical and I rely on no-code platforms and plugins within my workflow. I can say however that if the technical tools are as close to the no-code side of things, then this tool really will be a great option for technical and non-technical teams alike!

I intend to stick around as a Referral Factory customer and use the platform in more detail, the future looks bright for the RF team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Referral Factory?

"An Immersive Referral Program - Love it!"

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

The interface is wonderfully crafted, and it has allowed me to integrate my CRM on HubSpot into an AI-generated format that will enable me to refer potential clients and customers. Referral programs are rare online. This is one I recommend. As a Life Coach, this is a beneficial platform. What do you dislike about Referral Factory?

Though I enjoyed the experience, there is a lack of insight regarding instructions. In other words, I do know how to use this but do not quite know how to implement it. It seems like it could benefit from a guide or a video format tutorial to showcase how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Referral Factory solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've had trouble with utilizing referral programs. They are often brutal, and this insinuates a great way to add users, send out emails, and integrate with a CRM of your choice that benefits me. Thus, the problem this solves is ease-of-use. You click a link, send it to an email or a website, and boom - you have a referral program. Imagine if you do ten referrals a day. They each refer ten people, as well. That is 100 referrals between all of them. Thus, this benefits me because referral programs often encompass a lack of interface. This solves that problem, as it is rare to find a way to integrate a composite referral program without having to spam people. It has solved my abilities to gain referrals, while also doing so in a manner that benefits my platform. Also, the built-in email integration is perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I've had a really great experience using Referral Factory! it's easy to use and the user interface makes it quick and easy to build an efficient and effective campaign that also looks great. I can create a campaign genuinely within a few minutes meaning it's easy to implement into my current processes. Most of all, I absolutely love the campaign AI function that automatically generates a custom campaign for you based on the content and branding of your website. It's a real time-saver and makes sure that, when you are short on time or inspiration or simply want to get something out quickly, you can easily generate a campaign that is both on brand and on message. Basically, Referral Factory is easy to use and, for the price, offers users a wide variety of functions and offerings. What's more, the team are polite and helpful, should you require support. But the email referral icon defaults to Outlook in my browser when trying to refer to a direct recipient via email, and I use Gmail. This might be a setting on my side, I'm not sure. More options would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
