Once a resident files a service request concerning their parking stall being taken. Reef is right on it 24 7 . The request for tagging and towing goes directly to their system and they dispatch accordingly. **What do you dislike about REEF Parking?** We as the administrators only need to remember if there happens to be a change in email address for the person coordinating the service we must update the system. If not it might go to an unmanned inbox. **What problems is REEF Parking solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not really any problems at this time. When problems arise they are on it pretty fast. Reef takes a lot of the parking headaches away from us. If someone wants to dispute a parking ticket etc Reef handle all of that. ### 3. In this way we no longer to wait for our food when we are hungry. **What do you dislike about REEF Parking?** The Parking lots sometimes get very crowdy and which does annoy the public, which i believe is not a very good thing. Moreover, they should not tow any car from their lot without their permission. **What problems is REEF Parking solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reef believes the parking lot should be more than a place to store our cars.
