What do you like best about Redbooth?

What do you dislike about Redbooth?

Redbooth emails sometimes have glitches, and in particular sometimes I add people as watchers to tasks - and they disappear as watchers, without anyone having removed them. It is frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redbooth?

If something doesn't go under a specific workspace and is more general, it's a little more difficult to incorporate. It also seems to prefer tasks with hard deadlines, while a lot of what I was working on didn't have a specific "due date" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
