Simplistic and efficient at first but has additional tools (reporting, virtual meetings). **What do you dislike about Redbooth?** It is web based and cannot be part of a person's desktop. **Recommendations to others considering Redbooth:** It is definitely an easy to use platform that has some bells and whistles. For my use it has been great but we do not need many additional features. **What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem it solves is team/project management. It allows everyone to keep each other accountable and know who is working on what tasks. Increases efficiency and reduces overlap on projects. ### 2. It was already at its start as Teambox. It serves it's job perfectly fine and it's free for small projects with no need for real time collaboration. Well done! **What do you dislike about Redbooth?** I'm not particularly fond of the new UI, which I find a bit confusing. Keep trying, though! **What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a remote developer, I need to manage long term projects and relations, including support, with a channel better than email.
