**What do you like best about Recruitics?**

They offer a data-centric consultative partnership that includes access to their subject matter experts to explain solutions, products and services. They not only offer monthly reports, they provide access to real-time data so we can pull it ourselves and deliver information to our stakeholders when needed.

**What do you dislike about Recruitics?**

There isn't much to dislike about what Recruitics does. I think if there were any opportunities offered, it might be to learn more about what other companies in our industry are doing that is yielding success. Recruitics comes with suggestions but those are often based on our ask or a vendor offering. It would be interesting to be offered a solution they've witnessed as working for another organization within our industry.

**Recommendations to others considering Recruitics:**

Don't be afraid to ask for something, even if they don't suggest it or it's not something they've done for you before. We proposed they help us with building our diversity outreach program and they immediately jumped in to help us with building the program. They provide us access to all the data so we can look things up ourselves when needed and provide complete access to SMEs on their teams to ensure we're educated on all work product.

**What problems is Recruitics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing candidate volume, improving brand presence, identifying additional marketing options/opportunities to not just market to leads but convert candidates to applicants and drive hires. In addition, they are supporting us with diversity awareness efforts and consulting with us on labor market trends.

**What do you like best about Recruitics?**

Their knowledge on all corners of the marketing space, but also the ability to organize all that comes with that knowledge and educate our team on what it means for us. They share how it effects us, and how we can improve. I always know when I leave a call with them, that I am coming out the other side with everything I need to equip our team with success.

**What do you dislike about Recruitics?**

That they are not actual employees of ur organization. Even though they feel like it. I do not have one thing I wish they would improve on. If we had any suggestions in the past, it was immediately improved upon.

Take the leap! I promise you they will bring so much to the table and you will not regret it!

**What problems is Recruitics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problem is Recruitics not solving for us? We have had a heavy focus on our diversity recruitment and they have helped us build new partnerships that we needed in order to achieve those goals. We have strategy meetings to address all of our needs from Organic social, paid social, programmatic, CTV and the list goes on.  They provide consistent and timely feedback on our content, making us a better recruitment marketing team. Ultimately, there partnership directly impacts our annual hires in a positive way. We have been able to reduce our vacancy rates because of this.

Not only is the agency built around a fantastic tech stack, the account management team is dynamic, informed, and a true extension of our internal subject matter experts.

**What do you dislike about Recruitics?**

I have found the most success when dealing with high volume hiring needs. Niche or low volume solutions can be a bit more expensive and may require other media solutions, all of which Recruitics is very helpful with.

The Recruitics team is one of the best I've ever worked with. They take the time to understand our business and operate as a true partner.

Recruitics supports our team with Talent Attraction and candidate sourcing. They provide media solutions that enable us to connect with a wide variety of talent.

Consider how Recruitics grew into what it is today. It's a data and analytics firm first -- they've since grown to be a full-service agency. The fact that the firm was founded with a focus on analytics informs how they do everything. If that's important to you -- you'll not find better delivery from other agency partners like TMP.

**What problems is Recruitics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Top-of-funnel advertising for high-volume hires in the warehouse space. We've been able to drive down CPA while also improving staffing rates. Super impressive partnership!

Our partnership originally started with KRT Marketing, who was recently bought out by Recruitics. The transition was seamless and there has been no disruption in our level of service. Recruitics helped us redesign our EVP, and are helping us relaunch/rebrand all of our digital talent attraction channels (careers website, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

**What do you like best about Recruitics?**

I love how committed the team members of Recruitics are to my organization's success. I work with several different vendors across a wide range of services and products. Recruitics stands out to me because they have put forth the extra car, effort and attention to detail to understand my organization and the unique strengths and challenges we face from an employer branding and recruitment marketing perspective.

**What do you dislike about Recruitics?**

While not bad by all means, there were minor instances where I think an in-house (as opposed to contracted) support for content and creative on their end would have made me feel more at ease.

Working with the Recruitics team has been a true pleasure! The team is highly collaborative, strategic, results driven and always available to help share expertise, insights and answer questions that the team has. They are also always available to help share knowledge for our partners to better understand strategies that may seem complex. Marketing and analytics team is stellar and provides key market insights and consistently monitors performance and provides strategy recommendations to better optimize campaigns to full potential.

I think areas of improvement can definitely be turn around times with Central Team proposals and campaign launches. Also, there is an opportunity to call out and share more products and data where other clients are seeing success, so we have an opportunity to increase our media mix. I think there's also an opportunity to do quarterly reporting - reporting our top successful stragies, underperforming sources, and what's next to continue to build momentum and identify new strategies to share with our business leaders.

Acquiring a massive amount of gig economy workers across 200+ metros with very fluid and ever changing supply goals in a given market.

The speed and accuracy of the programmatic solution which can easily adapt and evolve with our  constantly changing business needs & challenges.

It appears they are experiencing growing pains like any successful company where reps may have too large of books of business where dedicated service and attention to detail have decreased a bit. Regardless, their overall account management and customer service is still superior without question within this space.

Recuitrics has also developed online tools to help with behind the scenes tracking and analysis.

I appreciate the analysis and solutions.  They are quick to offer solutions, or make changes in middle of a campaign to improve results.

I like the weekly meetings and updates.

Sometimes not all of the job boards will show up in the analysis - but I think that is more of the feeds that need to be adjusted.

They help us understand which job boards work best for specific jobs.  They have set up Easy Apply which has contributed greatly to filling jobs and building a pipeline.
Our recruiters are able to highlight and push specific jobs with the Easy Apply.

Recruitics helps with ad placement on job boards, but they also do so much more. They've helped with vetting new boards to advertise in, negotiated rates with other potential ad channels and also worked as mediators in recouping runaway costs due to a boards mismanagement.

My POCs are very great to work with. They know what they're doing and are very proactive in making sure we don't see the problems which may be happening on the back end; resulting in a very smooth interaction.

I never use the dashboard; but this is because Recruitics created an automated report which I use to understand performance.

• While I know our RX team is trying, it feels as if our 'strategy' is not truly individualized for our needs. Things that work in large metro areas are most likely not going to work for many of our markets.

We had recruitics take on our highest level spend accounts and strategically rework them for optimal results. We have multiple jobs in multiple locations, being able to effectively spend where it counts the most is very important to us.

Took all the admin work out of our hands so we could focus on details and results. Team is fast to respond and always looking out for our best interest. They are always being sure that our spend is on target.

Nothing, the team I work with is fantastic.

If you have multiple vendors you work with and want improvement and results, this is the company for you.

Being able to log into dashboard and see results in real time and make changes at any time. Hours and hours of admin work off our plates, allowing them to effective work the data so we can focus on the what's important on a daily basis.

We used to work with KRT, and have worked with Recruitics since they purchased KRT. They are helping us understand our Talent Acquisition sourcing efficiency, as well as our funnel process, and much more.

**What do you like best about Recruitics?**

The people are great, the communication is transparent, the products are useful. There's so much to like so far -- I can't wait for our data to be fully integrated with everything Recruitics does (specifically with the Action platform).

Nothing that I can pinpoint at this moment. Recruitics has been really great to work with.

No recommendations in particular -- just be ready for quick and efficient communication!

Recruitics is helping us to optimize essentially all aspects of our Talent Acquisition processes. Since our data is still being integrated, benefits have yet to be fully realized, but our conversations have been awesome so far and I'm looking forward to the future. Judging by the introduction that Recruitics gave us to the Action platform, I believe that those benefits will be extensive.

Recruitics runs our paid and programmatic social media campaigns, as well ad hoc projects. They provide detailed analytics on our entire recruitment funnel. They allow us to see and track where applies come from and then provide recommendations on where to spend more or less (attention and money). They've recently expanded into more of our international efforts. Particularly, Mexico, APAC and EMEA regions. They also provide creative input on any campaign assets that we deliver to them. We don't utilize all of Recruitics services, and we're specifically focused on the advertising and metrics they provide. We're a data company. Data integrity and accuracy matters greatly, and we're pretty picky about how that information gets submitted to us. Recruitics took what we asked for and has crafted every QBR and monthly review to fit exactly what we ask them to show us, and prove ROI.

**What do you like best about Recruitics?**

Recruitics is very responsive to our needs. They work quickly and at the change of a hat. Definitely one of the best things about this partnership is their willingness to update or respond to our suggestions and needs as quickly as they do.

**What do you dislike about Recruitics?**

The only thing I would hope to see more from Recruitics is strategic help. They are the recruitment marketing experts. When we ask for guidance, we're hoping they can take the reigns and teach us something. Although they respond well to our requests, they don't push back on any decisions we have (even if we might be making the wrong one). I want to know that they will push back if we are doing something wrong, and not just take what we give them and run with it without strategizing and helping us learn more about the why first.

I don't know of any Recruitics competitors. Due diligence is always good, but this team has been reliable and efficient from the start.

**What problems is Recruitics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking - plain and simple. We need to know if we're spending our money and effort in the right place. We've realized that the data they give us is tremendously helpful in realizing where we need to focus and answer tough questions from other leaders wondering if programmatic advertising works and why we use it.

Determining a proper level of spend and appropriate CPI has been something we have been working on for quite some time. We put together a great planning document for 2020 and we are beating projected results thus far.

Recruitics is extremely dynamic and flexible. They are very solution oriented and go out of their way to be available when you need them. The team is also very cohesive and strong, with a number of complementary players all connected to deliver strong solutions. Recruitics helps me manage a high volume of channels I'd otherwise be unable to manage independently.

**What do you dislike about Recruitics?**

There are complexities inherent in relying on any outside teams or functions, but Recruitics streamlines where they can. I do think it can be challenging to get clarity sometimes when working with so many different teams across different time zones. That being said there are up sides and down sides to everything.

**Recommendations to others considering Recruitics:**

I strongly recommend trying Recruitics and allowing for enough time to adequately gauge their overall effectiveness. Worth testing for a quarter to see what kind of results can be driven by their solutions. I think most will be pleased with the ease of communication.

Recruitics is helping me balance markets across large geos. There are a lot of complexities involved with candidate funnels and marketplace balance that Recruitics can offer operational expertise on.

We hire for a niche role within a competitive industry. It's a big challenge that requires a lot of constant experimentation and evolution. The Recruitics team has been nothing short of extraordinary. Any and all feedback is taken in and new strategies are constantly implemented and updated quickly and for the most part efficiently.

I like how responsive the team is and how hard they work to make sure everything we want comes to fruition.

We have had misaligned goals at one time or another, but I think that comes from fast changes within our organization that we cannot always communicate as quickly as we'd like. Any time that this has happened we've been able to quickly pivot and realign without issue.
