Introvy Reviews & Provider Details

Introvy helps staffing firms and recruiting teams present candidates more effectively through video submissions and automated candidate preparation. It also helps employers fill IT roles through a free AI intake followed by a recruiter-led search. For recruiting teams, Introvy gives hiring managers more context than a resume and recruiter summary alone. Recruiters invite qualified candidates to answer job-specific questions on video, then share one link with the candidate’s own answers, a transcript, a resume, and verification status. The recruiter chooses what goes forward, and the hiring manager decides who to interview. Introvy also automates candidate-facing workflows throughout the hiring process, helping teams prepare candidates and reduce manual follow-up. Key capabilities include: • Video Submissions with job-specific responses, searchable transcripts, and shareable presentation links • Research Briefs with company, role, and interview context • Practice Video and Practice Audio sessions for interview preparation • Thank-You workflows for post-interview follow-up • Searchable candidate responses and completed workflow records • Automated workflow delivery and completion updates through supported ATS integrations • Optional identity verification Introvy integrates with Avionté and Recruit CRM. Teams can trigger candidate workflows from supported ATS activity and write completion details back to the candidate record. Introvy also works through its own dashboard with no ATS required, and connected AI assistants can help teams search completed candidate presentations and transcript evidence. For employers hiring IT talent, Introvy offers a voice-based AI intake with no meeting or account required. An Introvy recruiter then runs the search and presents candidates with video answers, a transcript, and a resume. There is no cost to start; a placement fee applies if you hire. People make every hiring decision. Introvy does not rank, score, reject, or make hiring decisions about candidates.
