What do you like best about Change State?

The Change State team works damn hard at finding technology and advertising that is relevant and makes sense depending on the market. They research thoroughly--risks, ROI potential, benefits, potential issues and provide our team with recommendations after vetting. What problems is Change State solving and how is that benefiting you?

Change State has assisted our company with recruiting challenges in international markets such as Mexico and Greece, providing recruiting advertising recommendations--everything from social referral networks, radio advertisements, and potential AI solutions to ease with sourcing. They have also been highly responsive and urgent when our company has been asked to hire hundreds in a short time.

When working with Change State, our company feels confident that when asked for a quick turn reactionary request, that we will be able to recruit and hire.

When introducing a new product or service to our company, they look for trial periods, allowing our company to acclimate to change.

Change State also takes the reporting, candidates to hire process very seriously. They analyze--# of clicks, applies, abandonment, and ultimately to hire.
