I like that it is feature rich like Bullhorn or Jobdiva but it's easier to learn. Love their remote activity tracking and timeline my boss can see my daily work trail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find RecruitBPM most effective for staffing and marketing. its built in templates, bulk emails and automation are very valuable at fraction of cost of big players like JobDiva or Bullhorn. Advanced candidate search offers the capabilities with great summary results that let us to quickly discover the candidates we wanted to speak with for placements. I love the fact that the system enables us (recruiters) to control different hiring pipelines from posting a job to sourcing the candidates as well as scheduling interviews seamlessly. I have used other ATSs from Bullhorn, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit with my past employers. My favorite was Bullhorn. However since I started using RecruitBPM, I feel I got all the functionality of Bullhorn with lot user friendly workflows. And the price is lot better as well. Sourcing, recruiting and Sales/ staffing all is one rather than have one product for sales and different for recruiting. Many ATS we reviewed did not have solid CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
