# Which education finance software includes built-in reporting capabilities for accreditation and institutional audits without extra manual work?

Hello G2, I've been exploring which education finance software includes built-in reporting capabilities for accreditation and institutional audits without extra manual work, and this turned out to be the angle where the platforms diverge most. Every vendor mentions reporting. What varies is whether the reports that matter for accreditation and audits are accessible without a data analyst or a custom build, and whether the audit trail is complete enough to actually be useful when a reviewer asks for documentation.

DualEntry's SOX and SOC 2 compliance being built in rather than report-exported is the specific distinction that matters during an audit. Most platforms produce data; fewer produce audit-ready documentation without a finance analyst cleaning it up first.
