What do you dislike about ReceiptClaimer?

The worst app I've ever used.

I was struggling to manage my uploaded receipts. The app only displayed up to 50 receipts, making it impossible to locate or view the rest of my uploaded receipts.

And useless customer support. I attempted to reach out for help, but the in-app chatbot is throwing an error and not functioning, leaving me with no way to get support. And they did not reply to your email either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReceiptClaimer?

The AI extraction saves me hours every month. I used to keep a physical shoebox of receipts and manually enter them into a spreadsheet at the end of the financial year. Now, I just forward emails or snap a photo on my phone, and the Google Document AI instantly pulls the merchant, date, and amount. What do you dislike about ReceiptClaimer?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. As a newer platform, it would be great to see direct API integrations with some of the bigger accounting software suites like Xero or MYOB in the future so the data flows even faster to my accountant. What problems is ReceiptClaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the massive headache of 'shoebox accounting' and lost tax deductions. Before ReceiptClaimer, I was losing out on legitimate deductions because I'd lose the physical receipt or forget to log it. Now, by using the AI extraction and email forwarding, my records are always up to date and safely stored for the required 7 years.
