The site is very sticky - consumers register and use it because it is so easy to navigate. Mobile app for consumers is great too. Support is incredible whether on phone or email and most often when I ask if a certain feature exists, it already does. It is a complete CRM tool on the back end which is incredibly easy to set up and use - Before RG I was paying a fortune for Infusionsoft. The advanced property searches, automatic listing email notifications and market reports provide fantastic automated communication with consumers. You have text messaging ability right from desktop and also live chat Amazing ability to customize and add pages as much as you want. They have amazing educational / training videos with top producing agents on a huge range of topics. It is hard to keep up with them all but each time I watch one I get great ideas and they are great training tools for new agents. **What do you dislike about Real Geeks?** Nothing. Support has been responsive. The CRM is quite intuitive and easy to learn. From my experience Real Geeks is one of the more affordable options and more user-friendly than some of the big players in the market. I recognize that it doesn't have all of the bells and whistles but at the same time, I don't think I need all the bells and whistles and don't want to pay high fees for features I don't use. **What do you dislike about Real Geeks?** Customization of website is limited. Some features of the CRM need improvement, such as easier access to text box for notes and access to easily see all previous notes. I would prefer not having to login as user to set search. I don't like that I cannot click on the properties that the lead viewed to see the listing information. I don't like the way the auto-search is set--it is almost never even close to being reflective of what the lead viewed. Sometimes support should pick up the phone and get clarification or read emails just a little slower to grasp what the issue is. Many times it has felt as though support was rushing and didn't really understand my needs. Eventually we have worked through things but it would be more efficient if they got clarification or gained a better understanding of the needs of the end users. That is the only concept that I used. I refused to pay for their facebook ad tool and made my own ads for much cheaper. I was able to use the IDx feed to draw people to my site and capture leads. However this is nothing special to this site. It can be done easily from other cheaper better sites. **What do you dislike about Real Geeks?** The product. The customer service. The way they conduct business. I have strongly disliked their platform since day one. Unfortunately, I was signed up for it by a assistant and it was nothing like I anticipated. I had no idea I was in for a year contract. I tried to cancel within the first 2 months and was told it was a $600 cancellation fee and that I was better off staying with them. The customer service is dreadful. The platform is nothing special. They charge fees without consent. You have the ability to add admin to your account but they do not tell you the added fee when you do it. They are very sneaky. They lock you in a contract and hold you to the fire. There is no customer satisfaction guarantee which shows they do not stand behind their product. This company is greedy and a complete sham. You are better off with KVcore or anything else.
