**What do you like best about Compass?**

Seeing multiple hotels for a given event.

**What do you dislike about Compass?**

Terribly limited customer service hours (no live agents after 4:30pm CST). Lack of transparency regarding the use of the Expedia booking platform for some hotel reservation availability. Expedia bookings are oftentimes restricted in terms of hotel loyalty program benefits. The use of the Expedia platform is not clearly disclosed by OnPeak.

The design and smoothness of the application, also the storage and how it's pleasing in the eye

It's only a tool for storage and not really for sourcung

It helps me remember prospects and candidates that I forget during the time

**What do you like best about Compass?**

I like that you can filter the hotels down by different parameters; price, rooms available, distance to convention center, etc. It makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. 

I also like the report capabilities that help me compare pace against previous years. 

**What do you dislike about Compass?**

You can't customize your reservation page, there's just a standard template used. You can brand it with your show name, details, and logo, but that's it. 

**What problems is Compass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it a lot easier for individuals to book a group of rooms and then assign them. This helps our users cut down on the time to book their rooms.
