Lack of transparency regarding the use of the Expedia booking platform for some hotel reservation availability. Expedia bookings are oftentimes restricted in terms of hotel loyalty program benefits. I also like the report capabilities that help me compare pace against previous years. **What do you dislike about Compass?** You can't customize your reservation page, there's just a standard template used. You can brand it with your show name, details, and logo, but that's it. **What problems is Compass solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it a lot easier for individuals to book a group of rooms and then assign them.
