Once you get in touch with them, they solve the issues same day most of the time. More complex issues can take a couple weeks **What do you dislike about RDT Point of Sale?** The software freezes pretty frequently, but I believe we are operating on an older version because our system isn’t compatible with the new version just yet. **What problems is RDT Point of Sale solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps make transactions go faster and smoother.
