I really like how quickly their support team responds when we have a question or problem. I also really enjoy working with our Client Success Manager Madison! She is so helpful!

It's not a dislike- our practice just wishes we could add a "how did you hear about us" question to the review email. No complaints at all we love working with Rater8!

Rater8 helps us to generate positive reviews and compete with two very large hospitals in our area as a small privately owned practice. They are also helping the SEO of our website and allowing us to gain traction by having our doctors show up in the google AI overview when searching for certain terms!

I like rater8's very clear and appealing presentation with a lot of details and statistics. I can easily pull statistics for each provider, clinic, and the organization as a whole. I also receive numbers and real patients' feedback. The initial setup of rater8 was smooth and efficient.

A few of our Google Business ratings were at 3.0, and now all 42 of our listings are 4.7 or above!
Madison has been an amazing resource for us! We had a lot to learn we when first signed up with Rater8 and she never made us feel like we were asking a "dumb" question. She has helped us in claiming our Google listings, understanding the data, and making decisions to help us improve our online reputation.

New technology is always time consuming to learn at first. 
Only a few weeks in, and we found it quick and easy to navigate the Rater8 site.

We were lacking reviews on Google and our star rating was low for some of our sites. Now all 42 Google listings are 4.7 or above.

Their system is easy to use and I like how the low ratings are emailed to us so we know what is going on.  We have also had two great reps managing us now. First we had Austin who was just a pleasure to work with and now we have Madison, she is also a pleasure.

Nothing. I am not sure why I cannot move forward with this survey unless I write something here, we have no dislikes.

Rater8 has had such a positive impact for our organization and I think a big part of that is thanks to the knowledge, recommendations and genuine passion of Madison, our Account Manager.

I would just like to understand Rater8 and all of its features a bit more. I feel like my understanding scratches the surface of this great tool. It would be cool if Rater8 could have informational trainings/videos or continued education for its users who would be interested. Luckily we feel extremely confident with the support and recommendations from our Account Managers.

Rater8 has significantly boosted the number of positive reviews our organization receives, transforming our online reputation. Before using Rater8, it appeared that only frustrated patients were leaving feedback, which didn't truly reflect our organization's quality. I am impressed with Rater8's comprehensive approach to integrating major review platforms like Google, Healthgrades, WebMD, Vitals, and their own Rater8 Patient Verified Reviews. They provide clients with full control over which platforms to collect reviews from and the frequency, customizable for each location and provider. Their competitors fall short here. Since adopting Rater8, we've seen a remarkable increase in review volume and scores across all providers and locations, significantly boosting/highlighting our reputation and organic Google ranking. Additionally, Rater8 includes internal surveys, offering valuable feedback on our strengths and areas for improvement. The user-friendly dashboard simplifies navigating and responding to reviews efficiently from one central location, making it easy to manage. The implementation was quick and smooth and the customer service is outstanding. If I have a question, it's typically answered in less than 10 minutes. Rater8 also continues being invested in their clients after implementation. Quarterly strategy meetings are scheduled with action items for improvement. The reporting features are also great. I'm a huge fan of Rater8. I vetted many competitors before choosing Rater8. We are very pleased with our choice.

From the very beginning and now a year in we have had exceptional customor service from rater8. Using their product is very intuitive and when we have needed support the response has been quite prompt. Incredibly easy to implement. I do not login to the dashboard frequently but when I do I can easily navigate to what I need. I receive a weekly report by email updating us on our reviews which is very nice. Our online reviews have significantly increased since implementing rater8. We are very happy with the results.

I honestly cannot think of anything to dislike about rater8.

We had very few online reveiws prior to implementing rater8 so we wanted to boost our online presence. The number of reveiws we receive now has completely skyrocketed. It's been wonderful to get responses from patients about their experience with our practice. I have also been able to use it as an opportunity to boost moral as I have shared with staff how appreciative and happy patients are with the care they have received.

The product works just as it was proposed. It's effective, unobtrusive and provides crucial metrics to fine-tune the experience. Onboarding was quick and straightforward. Support is excellent. The analytics tools are very useful and constantly being upgraded.

The only downside I can come up with is that I wish the suite of products was more comprehensive. I understand that rater8 is a specialist in reviews and surveys. But I'd like it even better if the portfolio expanded into more customer management tools.

Because rater8 reaches nearly all patients, the data generated is an excellent representation of patient opinions. Instead of waiting for reviews coming only from frustrated patients, we get a cross-section of feedback on all aspects of the patient experience from all types of patients.

Rater8 uses our practice management software to send out reviews on intervals set by the user. It's simple and effective. Our reviews have increased 400% in a year.

**What do you dislike about rater8?**

It would be great if they had a checkbox-style automated monthly email that would show metrics the account holder selected. Tracking the review to a particular appointment or patient isn't possible, which makes addressing issues very challenging.

Rater 8 made increasing our social media presence really easy. They tailored our setup to what we needed the most and meets quarterly to discuss target points and if changes are needed to be made they recommend them.
Katie our account manager is very helpful with all of our request.

Just like any implementation with new setups, especially when we do not understand how this process workes makes it challenging. However, they did great at communicating every step of the way.

**What problems is rater8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our practice was having a difficult time in getting patient's to leave a review. Our staff is busy taking care of patients that remembering to ask for a review was challenging. Rater 8 came in and ask what we needed, what online accounts needed some review and attention and got to work. We identified which patients would be best to target for a review and how often we would review them.

Love the simplicity of navigating the dashboard! 

Madison, our account manager, is always sincere and trys to understand the nature of the practice so she can provide valuable feedback and suggestions. 

I use the dashboard almost daily to reply to comments and pull testimonials for social media content creation. The ability to narrow down the reviews to reply to comments on Google is wonderful. But also using the all comments list is helpful to see the overall experience across all review channels.

**What do you dislike about rater8?**

Wish there were more filter options for reporting, specifically, satisfaction survey questions that are still in use so we didn't have to click on a large list of old questions we no longer use. Also, wish there were readily available tips or explanations of metrics for each report while looking at any report so you have a better understanding of the importance and relevence of results.

**What problems is rater8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are not any current problems I know about or have personally. Always room for improvements, but none that I can point out at this time.

Rater8 is extremely user friendly and easy to implement into your practice. Customer service is very prompt and ontop of getting what you need done. In just under a year Rater8 has been able to generate quadruple the amount of reviews we had in the past since making it so easy for the patient to make a review. Extremely happy with joining Rater8 and the results they have produced.

The integrated process from patient visit to patient review and responding to patient reviews. The advanced and easy to read reports. The support, guides and resources. My engaging and fun frequent meetings with Kate Hopper and Chris Sutton.

The only downside I've found is that patients who do not have Google like Senior Citizens and individuals of low-income are unable to leave a review.

It is solving our online reputation problem. Our online reputation was pretty bad on Google. 

We had an average of 3.58 star-rating and just 193 reviews in a 5 year period before working with rater8. 

In the first 11 months of working with rater8, we jumped to an average of 4.89 star-rating and a whopping 4,553 reviews!

We connected with Rater 8 over 3 years ago and it has provided us with great, "real-time" information. We have experienced growth within our practice because patients can verify our online reviews from patients.  When a patient leaves our practice they receive a text message to respond to the survey, very easy.   It also helps us determine if we have an issue within our practice.

I haven't found anything we dislike; it has benefited our Team at our ENT practice.

**What do you like best about rater8?**

rater8 has had a tremendously positive impact on our Google, Healthgrades, Vitals and webMD ratings.   Since joining rater8 19 months ago we've also enjoyed our Google star rating improving by 1.7 points based on over 15.9 thousand ratings and 4,991 comments.  When our patients review their experience with us it is very easy to respond utilizing the rater8 dashboard menu of preformatted responses, or we can craft a custom message of our choosing.   

In addition to ease of use and improved ratings, their internal customer service team is top notch.  VERY responsive, professional and knowledgeable.  They hold routine zoom calls to ensure we understand and utilize the patient feedback and provide expert guidance through their system.

**What do you dislike about rater8?**

I honestly cannot think of something we dislike about rater8.  The only downside may be carving out time to answer the influx of patient feedback.  But that goes along with improved ratings and especially with stronger Google ratings that help us with our SEO.

**What problems is rater8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

rater8 engages our patients so they can easily provide us with feedback - either positive or negative.  That helps us analyze our performance and has improved our overall ratings.

Rater8's team is very responsive to issues and questions. Anytime I do not understand something they take time and explain it. I also like the fact that I have an assigned person that I can speak with if I cannot accomplish what I need via email.

**What do you like best about rater8?**

Reputation management falls into the marketing category for many practices and companies.   That can mean that it's required that you sign up for a large suite of products, even if you just want this one function.   Rater8 does what I believe is essential to be the best at something - stay focused on your core competency.   They do an excellent job of understanding Google, WebMD, Vitals, etc. platforms, and has excellent support that helps maximize your presence.   We've been very impressed with them, and happily signed on even after the first year contract was up.

**What do you dislike about rater8?**

Like all tools, it takes a user.   I like rater8 because I don't need a team to run it, I can do it myself with 5-10 minutes a week.   But there is accountability to that.  I don't necessarily dislike that, but it's a reality.

Patient rengagement re: online reputation management; how do we increase our 'stars' across multiple platforms with multiple locations and providers?

**What do you like best about rater8?**

The people behind it: professional, dedicated, and fun to work with. They made the integration with our EMR system easier than expected. 
Functionality: Our Google ratings picked up within weeks of implementing the software. Excellent dashboard and analytics, with the ability to manage multiple listings and automate responses. 
Another great feature we took advantage of is using the feed of reviews from Google on our web page.

There's nothing to dislike. I highly recommend it to healthcare organizations.

It improved the rating of our listings on Google. 
The problem with online reviews is that it is human nature to post a review after a negative encounter ​more so than after a positive one. ​Unless people are prompt to.​ Rater8 is exactly the prompt that will shift the needle and gather more positive reviews.

Their team is always responsive, patient with training and have excellent suggestions on how to deal with concerns.
The system is extremely "User Friendly" and very easy to implement with our EMR.
We can check in every day and know immediately if there is an issue we need to examine with our Medical practice.  
It has a number of great features that integrate seamlessly with our website so we can share our patients' thoughts on our practice and respond to their comments in both Google and the rater8 app.

Nothing whatsoever.  No problems or concerns at all.

I love that Rater8 has grown my physicians' online reputation by triple. It is easy to use and easy to track success. The Rater8 customer service is phenomenal. I work directly with Mikala, Madison, and Phil; they are always timely and helpful. I also love that they are there when I need them but never blowing up my email. They give the perfect amount of support and space. I recommend Rater8 to all my friends!

I have not found a negative thing about Rater8. If I ever do, I will let you know!

My physicians are great, but we found that people only left reviews when they had a bad experience. Rater8 has helped completely change my doctor's online reputation for the better. It is benefitting me by bringing up my doctors at the top of a Google search and is helping tremendously with my SEO.

The rater8 platform has allowed for us to assist our clients improve their NPS and overall patient satisfaction rating. We appreciate working together with their team to service our clients in a collaborative relationship.

I had to think about this, and the one thing that would be nice is if they had a closer relationship with Google among other major listings. Due to Google's verification measures, it can be slow getting new listings up in their platform to start collecting reviews.

If there are longer periods of time when I don't login to check anything, it takes me a bit ot reaquaint myself with all the tabs and dropdowns when I do log back in. Sometimes things are in a very different spot than I think they'll be or hard to find.

Rater8 allows our patients to give a star rating after their visit in two clicks.  They can leave a comment if they wish.  Making it easy solves the problem of people only leaving feedback when they're unhappy.  I appreciate how customizable the product is.  I set it up so that every patient can leave feedback without any pre-screening and the process doesn't waste their time.  It's extremely effective.  I doubt that there's another product that does it this well.

I've used a less expensive product but it was too glitchy.  Rater8 has been worth the spend.

It captures feedback from all patients, not just complainers.

Madison is an expert in presenting Rater8's features and explaining how to implement the data into real time practice resolutions.

There are a few amazing companies - Stave Puzzles, Queensboro, pMD, and rater8 come to mind - on a very short list of companies that: 1) have talented, dependable and friendly employees across-the-board; 2) consistently deliver an exceptional product; 3)  make the ideas you bring to the table even better; and 4) always seem to be one step ahead of others.  rater8 wins when I win.  They are happy when I am happy.

I have worked with rater8 for several years with different companies.  There is not a single thing I dislike about rater8.
