Rate Manager is a very useful tool for properties, helping them to stand out in the competitive market. It allows them to set attractive prices, which will help them gain more guests to book with them. Also, that tool is used a lot in hotels in the UK and USA nowadays.
I like it because it helps both the traveler and the property managers set prices easily. For guests, it provides better offers and comparable prices and makes it easy for customer support to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have a dislike about this tool, except that it is not that useful when it comes to situations like fully booked hotels and non-refundable bookings which the guests didn't show up for, for any reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
