**What do you like best about RateHighly?**

RateHighly’s ability to automate the review collection process is a game-changer. The in-app surveys and automated follow-ups ensure maximum participation without being intrusive.

**What do you dislike about RateHighly?**

While RateHighly is highly effective, it could expand its integration options with additional CRMs and marketing tools. Moreover, the pricing plans might feel a bit premium for smaller startups
