It greatly benefit from detailed documentation. **What problems is Rasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of complex natural language understanding in our chatbot operations. Thanks to Rasa to Delivers precise responses. This has resulted in enhanced customer satisfaction. ### 3. Being a totally open book also makes it easier to wring the most out of it. **What do you dislike about Rasa?** Its prime audience are machine learning specialists going for 99% in terms of performance. However, that also means it is highly complex. You can get to 95% or better using a true conversational AI platform that provides all the ancillary needs in conversational AI that Rasa does not support. If you are a major company, consider a full platform such as Kore, Amelia, or others. The Gartner quadrant for conversational AI is a pretty good reference, and it rightly places Rasa as a niche player. **What problems is Rasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Was provided as a tool for others to develop bots. The RASA team is doing a great job in terms of addressing their drawbacks quickly. **Recommendations to others considering Rasa:** I highly recommend using the RASA framework to build conversational AI. It is evolving at a much faster pace when compared to other big companies competing in this field. **What problems is Rasa solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reduced the workload on call centers for repeated and general queries.
