What do you like best about Rasa?

They have steadily improved the underlying tech and you can get about as good performance out of Rasa as anything else. Being a totally open book also makes it easier to wring the most out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rasa?

Its prime audience are machine learning specialists going for 99% in terms of performance. However, that also means it is highly complex. You can get to 95% or better using a true conversational AI platform that provides all the ancillary needs in conversational AI that Rasa does not support. If you are a major company, consider a full platform such as Kore, Amelia, or others. The Gartner quadrant for conversational AI is a pretty good reference, and it rightly places Rasa as a niche player. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
