What do you like best about Rapyd Cloud?

Rapyd Cloud simplifies hosting and integrates very well with my website and app. The user interface is accessible and friendly to a non-technical person. Anytime that I have issues, I receive help within a few minutes and they always solve my problems. I'm very impressed by the performance of my app and website! What do you dislike about Rapyd Cloud?

There are bugs at times and I've needed to contact support several times because I don't have the capabilities/permissions to resolve it on my own. For example, my dashboard didn't show me the option to manage my domain until I contacted support.

The only other big issue I've had is that I received several emails a few months ago recommending that I try Rapyd CDN for faster, safer performance. I thought it would work for me, so I went through the trouble of reconfiguring my domain so I could turn on Rapyd CDN. Unfortunately, because my app/website only have a few static pages, the CDN created huge issues for our users. When they would log in, they would be shown someone else's user dashboard. I learned of the issue within a few hours of implementing CDN, but it was a difficult process to deactivate it and get back to the caching settings I had previously. Rapyd Cloud allows me to have a fully functional website and mobile app that sync quickly. Rapyd processes immense amounts of dynamic information to make sure my users have a seamless experience. What do you like best about Rapyd Cloud?

As a WordPress trainer on schoolsWP, I tested Rapyd Cloud (March 2025 version) to host a BuddyBoss site with LearnDash and WooCommerce. My aim was to assess its ability to handle a high-traffic environment while guaranteeing a smooth user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapyd Cloud?

Rapyd Cloud does not include a native email hosting service, which means that you have to configure a third-party solution (such as Google Workspace or Mailgun) to send WordPress notifications (WooCommerce orders, LearnDash messages, password resets, etc.). Installation was quick and easy, with free migration handled efficiently. The dashboard is clear and well thought-out, offering real control over performance, security and backups.

In terms of performance, the results are impressive: fast loading thanks to LiteSpeed, Redis and an integrated CDN. Even during traffic peaks during our training launches, stability remained impeccable.

What do you like best about Rapyd Cloud?

I've been building and maintaining websites for my various businesses for about 25 years and have interacted with a number of hosting providers over that time. Having used the DNN platform for most of this time, I've been rebuilding our websites on WordPress integrating LearnDash for our training business. So WP was a whole new world to me. After setting up initially with another well-regarded hosting provider, I moved to Rapyd Cloud and it's been one of the very best business decisions I've made.

The support team is fantastic, polite, responsive, and most of all, knowledgable in all aspects of getting my sites up and running. My sites are also lightening fast. "Rapyd Cloud Hosting - Ideal for High traffic WooCommerce website"

What do you like best about Rapyd Cloud?

I own a WooCommerce website and have tried multiple hosting providers in the past including Cloudways, and then switched to WP Engine (before Rapyd). While the website was always fast, I faced two major problems, mainly around performance that gets impacted during peak time, and then I always get billing surprises, which is not ideal for a growing business like us. "Finally a hosting for dynamic sites!"

What do you like best about Rapyd Cloud?

We work with many dynamic WordPress sites (eLearning, online communities, membership sites, etc), where many users are logged in at the same time, and most hostings are just not made for it. Even the high tier/expensive plans

Before Rapyd, pretty much the only way to host those types of sites at a high standard was to set up and maintain our own private servers.

Dynamic sites are a different breed of websites, since page caching is not as useful for logged-in users that see personalized content.

We moved to Rapid.cloud because we needed a super-fast hosting solution for our WordPress-based site running BuddyBoss, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Subscriptions, WooCommerce Memberships, and LearnDash. Soon, we’ll also use the BuddyBoss app, so speed and stability were critical. Rapid.cloud truly delivers on its promises.

The built-in object caching, LiteSpeed server, and other premium features—like unlimited free CDN—come included in the package, which saves us significant costs. Their 24/7 customer service is extremely helpful and proactive, providing excellent support when needed. "Perfect Migration, good support."

What do you like best about Rapyd Cloud?

While intimidating at first, it was easy to fill up the forms and migrate my website and domain.

I immediately got much better performance and security compared to what I had, which is insane and explain the high price and why they are top 1 in the benchmarks.

I had issues with the SSL propagation that got resolved afterwards from support. The interface is very easy to use. It's mostly simple, and that's great because a genius admire simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say that it's not accessible for everyone in term of pricing for someone who wants to start but it's very affordable and reasonable in the end if you manage to make enough money quickly.
