What do you dislike about Rakuten Advertising? At first going through reporting was a bit tricky, but once the Rakuten team set up a personal meeting to review, it was simple. We recently onboarded a new client and their commissioning lists are broken out into tiers. The support staff is very helpful. I've use the chat support to solve a number of problems. Although the US based dedicated support is far superior, it's great to have a form support availalble 24/7. I'm able to accomplish most things I need to do, but they are more difficult than they need to be. An example would be changing a partner's commission terms. In order to change them, I have to extend the offer to them, but there is no scheduled mechanism to push them into the new terms without cancelling their existing terms.
