New enhancements are keeping it more relevant. The recruitment tool is great. The commission rules- they are not flexible and it's hard to have different levels of commission for different partners- you have to default to the lowest commission as your baseline, which is difficult and makes the program look unattactive. The reporting makes it easy to understand trends, which publications are strong performers, and opportunities.
