**What do you like best about Raamp?**

RAAMP is infinitely more secure than our former document management site while still being affordable for a nonprofit organization. It's also incredibly easy to automate a lot of tedious administrative functions, which frees our staff to work on more impactful projects.

**What do you dislike about Raamp?**

RAAMP is still early stage, so there are some glitches which are usually resolved with a quick refresh to the page. If there's ever an issue, customer support is very quick to respond!

**What problems is Raamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RAAMP saves time, energy, and money. What's not to love about that?

**What do you like best about Raamp?**

We like the fact that RAAMP starts with a commercial property lease.

**What do you dislike about Raamp?**

The downside to using RAAMP is that it is a young company and growing so we have to be patient with some tools being made available.

**What problems is Raamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving three (3) problems: underwriting, centralized file storage, important date reminders.  We are underwriting more deals with less people, eliminating missed dates for escalations, and centralizing access for property information so everyone is working off the same file.

**What do you like best about Raamp?**

Small company...flexible.  Does everything we need the platform to do.  Understands CAM for commercial properties and is easy to create owner reports.

**What do you dislike about Raamp?**

nothing really.  The company has been flexible in making adjustments as needed.

**What problems is Raamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creates professional reports and is a massive upgrade over Quickbooks.  Yardi is not cost-justified for us.....this is the ideal solution for a PM company our size.

Very user-friendly, easy to use, and they have the best support.

**What do you dislike about Raamp?**

I don't feel like ther are downsides, I can't really think of any. I love RAAMP.

We are now doing everything in house, much better than outsourcing
