I use Quotr during planning and preconstruction to build early estimates, review quantities, and work through budget options before scope is finalized. My work is mainly in the South Lake Tahoe, Truckee, and Northern Nevada area. Quotr is most useful for me in the early stages, when drawings are still developing and the team needs a reliable cost picture to guide decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Regional factors like mountain logistics, winter conditions, and remote-site costs still need some manual adjustment. More built-in support for regional pricing would be helpful. When drawings are incomplete early on, some items still need judgment calls, which is expected at that stage. I'd also like to see more options for comparing scenarios and customizing reports for different stakeholders. Overall, the platform has been improving quickly, and the team has been easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
