What do you like best about QUOTR?

What I like most is the combination of AI automation and a workflow that still allows the user to review and control the results. Quotr can quickly extract and organize information from drawings, but the quantities and pricing remain easy to review and adjust.

What do you dislike about QUOTR?

Quotr is still evolving, so there are some areas where additional automation and more customization would be helpful. For more complex projects, I still prefer to review some of the AI-generated results manually.

The biggest benefit is the amount of manual work it removes from reviewing drawings and preparing estimates. Instead of spending a significant amount of time going through drawings and organizing quantities manually, Quotr helps automate much of that process and gives us a structured starting point that we can review and adjust.

What I like best is that Quotr connects several parts of the project workflow that are normally handled separately.

It combines AI-assisted takeoff and estimating with cost comparison and procurement, while still keeping the underlying quantities and pricing easy to review and adjust.

I have found it especially useful for comparing project costs and sourcing furniture. Instead of only producing an estimate, Quotr can also help move the project toward an actual purchasing decision.
