It's easy to teach other staff members to use, and we can create custom templates for different project types so they can be reused for similar future projects. Currently, QuoteWerks pulls the tax rate data from Kaseya's BMS account, and sometimes, the sales rep doesn't set those accounts up at the prospect level in BNMS for them to come over into QuoteWerks correctly. QuoteWerks gives us the ability to choose which lines we can use for each order and which of these lines will be projected at the time of last printing, and QuoteWerks has the ability to adjust many factors in the job sheet, this facilitates quoting in one or more windows. They should offer a trial period of at least 10 days so that novice customers can choose QuoteWerks without any inconvenience. Thanks to QuoteWerks, we were able to get rid of complicated spreadsheets, which were cumbersome to be able to cite freely in a large number of articles. We were able to harness the power of QuoteWerks to quote multiple reports and overcome these complex situations. Also. I often find myself supporting more than one customer at a time and having to run from office to office with my laptop.
